Pontoon21 CrackJack 38 appeared in shops in 2009 and very soon it became popular among fans of ultra-light spinning rods. Thanks to its two degrees of buoyance and three variants of depth this lure can be applied in different conditions of our ponds. In shallow parts of lakes and ponds full of grass and water lilies this baby attracts perch, pike and redeye. On the rapids perch, asp, chub and zander. Deep running models will help to fish out the first edge and a small hole in the bottom. Very often you may find sabre fish, carp and orfe. At the on-shore competitions anglers successfully use them catching trout and char, very often you may hook grayling and barbel.
The size of CrackJack 38 proves that this is a shad. It perfectly works at a straight retrieve, it resists even a strong stream and doesn’t fall to its side. Moreover, it may boast with its attractive action at twitching, tempting omnipresent perch. When fish become capricious, it’s worth spending time on experiments, choosing the best presentation. For instance, you can do it by diversifying straight retrieves with pauses or by adding a series of micro-jerks. At twitching you can make the pauses longer and change the nature and power of jerks.
And not only for its high fishing efficiency did CrackJack 38 find anglers’ love and trust. It has a significantly bigger casting range than any of its “classmates”. It was achieved thanks to MFB-system Magnetic Force Balance. It consists of a movable ball in the central compartment and magnetically charged non-movable disk. In the state of rest and at a retrieve the ball moves closer to the disk at the beginning of the compartment. At the moment of casting it starts moving, getting closer to the rear part. It secures a long and accurate cast. After landing the ball returns to its original place.
